Success at Bellclaire Speedway

The J&J Hendrick Team took off Saturday morning to Bellclaire Speedway In Belleville IL. Running two cars this week Jonathan had his hands full. The midget would roll onto the track first and micro second. Jonathan would start 8th in his heat race. " The car was really Tight." said Hendrick as he climbed out of the car. After Finishing 6th. The crew went to work on the midget as Jonathan strapped into the Micro.

Hendrick Would start 8th, but one car dropped out so Jonathan would start 7th. As the green flag dropped Jonathan began his charge toward the front. With two laps to go Hendrick took the lead and won. Now it was onto the B-main in the midget Jonathan would start 3rd. Green flag dropped and here he came to the front. It only took 5 laps to take the lead. Then on lap 15 Hendrick came in turn 1 and hit a rut in the track and got up onto two wheels. Jonathan saved the car from going over amazingly as the crowd cheered for him. Jonathan took home the win in the B-main.

Now onto the feature in the Midget, Hendrick would start 18th so Jonathan dropped the hammer down. Hendrick got as high as 4th and would finish 6th. In the micro feature he would start 5th. The green flag flew and so did Hendrick he was in the lead by lap 5 and lead every lap after that. Jonathan brought home the win at Bellclaire.
